Archiving learning journeys

In brief

the archiving feature in Knowly hides a learning journey from the regular list of learning journeys.
The function is purely for organizing learning journeys – archived learning journeys have no limited functionality.
You can archive single learning journeys, or choose several to archive at the same time.
Archived learning journeys are located under Assigned to → Archived.

No functionality is limited in archived learning journeys

Archived learning journeys in Knowly have the same functionality as regular learning journeys; scheduled notifications will still be sent, statistics remain available, etc. The function is solely to help you "clean up" your list of learning journeys. If you want to cancel a learning journey with scheduled notifications, it is therefore not enough to archive it. Instead, you need to either remove the remaining scheduling, remove the users in it, or delete the entire learning journey.
