How to create group meetings

Great that you want to create a group meeting for participants in your learning journey!

1. When you want to add a group meeting to your learning journey, start with adding the activity called group meeting. Choose a name for the group meeting (you can change this afterward), and save.

2. When you enter the activity group meeting, you, as admin, have a to-do list in the left menu. To get started with your first to-do, Read the meeting details, click on the arrow below To-do list for meeting participants.

3. Start with creating a description of the meeting - what should the participants do? For how long should the meeting be? Try to be as straightforward as possible in giving participants instructions on how to get started. For example, you could attach a file if you want the participants to have instructions to lean on during the meeting, or if you want them to read something beforehand. 4. Each group will have a team leader responsible for booking the group meeting, but you, as the administrator of the learning journey, can choose to give the participants a deadline to relate to as you see fit.

Relative to invitation date - Select a deadline for when the meeting should be booked, relative to when you sent out the group meeting invitation.
Specific date - The group must have booked the meeting before a specific date.
No deadline / decide later - The group has no deadline.

5. The next step is to add preparation tasks for the participants to complete beforehand. Here you can, for example, refer to files you previously added that the participants should have read before the meeting.

6. Now you've created your group meeting - great work! Here you can read more about how to create your groups.
