Stand alone evaluations

With Knowly evaluations, you can easily create, share and analyze training evaluations that are mobile-friendly, in line with your brand and based on best practices.

You can create stand-alone evaluations and evaluations that are part of a Knowly learning journey.

A typical case for using the stand-alone evaluation feature is when you want to send out an evaluation that is not linked to a specific program. Or when you need to know exactly in advance who will fill in the evaluation. For example, when you have an open inspirational lecture for 100 people and have yet to have the list of participants. Then it can be an alternative to create a stand-alone evaluation and send out the link to everyone who registered their presence during the lecture. 

Follow the steps below to create a stand-alone evaluation

1. Go to the "evaluations" tab at the top of the menu bar when you have logged in to the platform. This is where all the evaluations created in the organization are stored. To create a new evaluation, click on "new evaluation" in the top right corner

2. Give your evaluation a name, determine the language and click on create an evaluation. You can create your evaluation from scratch, use something created before or use Knowly's standard templates. Select the template you want and then proceed to edit the view. 

3. Then, create your evaluation in the evaluation editor. Add, remove or change elements in your evaluation. Read more here about what functions are available.

4. When you are satisfied with your creation of the evaluation, it is time to share it with your participants. Click on "share" and copy the link to the evaluation or download the QR code. Share the link to your participants via, for example, email, Microsoft teams or another communication channel. A QR code may be appropriate when you have physical classroom training. Include the QR code in your PowerPoint or print it out on paper so that participants can easily scan it and get directly into the evaluation. 

5. Answers from participants will soon start to come, which you can easily see under the analyze tab. The summary can easily be shared with others externally via an Online report. Click on "Generate online report" to get the summary on a unique link you can share with whoever you want (the link is open to everyone and is not limited by whether you have a Knowly account or not).
