How do I introduce Freddie in the Classroom?

This article describes how to introduce coach Freddie to participants

For the participant to get as much value out of Freddie the Coach as possible, they must understand the concept before writing their action plan. Here's where the presentation of Knowly comes in.

The goal of the presentation

Regardless of whether you choose to follow our suggested presentation word-for-word (see video below) or if you'd like to use your version, you should try to accomplish the following:

  1. Explain the challenge: It can be challenging to get started with new behaviours after training.
  2. Explain the solution: Freddie, the Coach, follows up, and supporters help.
  3. Instruct: You're now going to write an action plan and pick supporters.
