Send test

This article describes how to use the preview function "send test"

Would you like to preview how the micro training will look for the participant before you send it out? Then you can use the "Send test" function, which allows you to experience what your material in Knowly will look like for the participant.

To use the "Send test", you start by going into the micro training you want to see. Once inside the micro training, click on "Send test" in the upper right corner:

In addition to choosing a recipient, there are now three choices for you to make:
1. Which medium should the test be sent via
2. Which language do you want the recipient's interface to be
3. Which sender do you want to send from. If you choose to send by e-mail here, you can formulate the sender text as you wish. When sending SMS, however, there are technical limitations. There, the sender's text can be a maximum of 11 characters long and only contain ...
  • Uppercase and lowercase letters of the American alphabet (A-Z and a-z)
  • The numbers 0-9
  • Examples of characters that, therefore (unfortunately), can not be included: are spaces, hyphens, and the Swedish letters å, ä and ö.

Then it's time to choose a recipient. To the left is a list of administrators and trainers in your organization, which you can quickly choose from. If you want to send it to someone who is not an administrator, you can search among existing users or add a new user in the field next to it.

Once you have chosen which people you want to receive the test, just click send. You will then get a confirmation on your sent test, similar to what the image displays below.

Note that to send a test via e-mail, all recipients must have an e-mail address entered. To be able to send a test via SMS, all recipients must have a telephone number entered.
