Log in to Knowly

Can't manage to get back into Knowly? Then this article is for you!

The following instructions apply to both computers and phones, and assume that you know which email address or phone number is registered on your Knowly account. However, if you're unsure about the contact details associated with your account, you should contact your trainer or administrator.

Brief Instructions:

Go to https://app.knowly.com → select "Log in with email" or "Log in with phone number". If you're using Knowly from a computer, we recommend using email, if possible.
An email or SMS will now be sent with a login link, which is valid for one hour. Please note that it may take a moment before the email or SMS arrives. Therefore, please wait a few minutes before requesting another link.
Tip: Save https://app.knowly.com as a bookmark for easier access in the future.
You also have the option to set a password for your account, but it is not mandatory.

Step by Step

Start by going to https://app.knowly.com. Enter your email, or alternatively, your phone number (1). If you have a password, instead click on "Log in manually" (2).

Then go to your inbox and click on the link in the email or SMS.

If you prefer to log in with a password, you will need to enter your organization's ID, which you will receive from your administrator.

Then enter your email and password to access the platform. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from this view.
