Navigation in Knowly
When you log in to your organisation in Knowly, you are greeted by a home screen. This article explains how to navigate from that home screen, what menus are available to access from there and what you can do.
The home screen is the screen that greets you when you log in to Knowly. The home screen's appearance depends on the branding (colour, logo, and language) set in the settings. The branding also affects the view of the participants.
You can access your learning journeys, evaluations, templates, and team settings from the home screen in the left-hand menu.
Team setting
Under team settings, you can make changes that affect the entire team. Available branding settings at the team level are the colour and logo that both you, as administrators and participants, can see.
If you click on your name at the bottom left, you can access the user registry, user lists, profile settings, and help centre. Here is also where you should go to log out of the organization.
Switch between teams
Depending on your license, you can create teams in Knowly. You can find which team you are currently in at the top left - next to the logo. Here, you can also switch between the different teams you belong to.
