Embed Knowly in Microsoft Teams

Embedding Knowly 2.0 into Microsoft Teams is easy. Here’s how it’s done:

In your learning journey, go to Settings > General. 

Here you’ll find the option “Enable Microsoft Teams embed”. Ensure that this option activated.Copy the link that’s shown when the option is active.

In your Microsoft Teams team, add a new tab.

Select the type “Website”.

Give the tab a name, such as "Your learning Journey" or “Knowly” and paste the link in the assigned field.

Voila! Your existing participants can now access your Knowly learning journey directly through teams, and new participants can easily register directly in the Teams tab.

Customizing the signup form used inside Microsoft Teams

If you want new participants to be able to sign up for your learning journey from inside Teams, we’ve made that easy for them to do. We then just recommend that you have a look at the form that the participants use to register, and make any changes you feel will make it fit better with your surrounding Teams environment.

To view and edit the signup form, press “Edit signup form” below the link shown in Settings > General.
