New link to participants

This article describes how to send a new link to your participants.

As easy as it is to lose a notebook in the classroom, it is to lose an important link with information in the digital world.

It happens that you lose an email or SMS in your inbox, and it is both time-consuming and frustrating to look for all the links and mailings that you need as a participant. In Knowly, we have taken this common behaviour into account and made it possible for you, as an educator/administrator, to resend the link.

When your participant says to you, "Which link? I have not received a link?"

You can easily log in to the platform and send out a new link to the participant, so it ends up at the top of their inbox.

To do this, follow the guide below.

  1. Go to the learning journey and group of participants in question and click on participants in the menu on the left.

  2. Find the participant who should receive a new link sent to them and click on "options" and then on "send new link".

  3. In the next step, you can choose whether you want to send a link to the overview of the entire learning journey or whether it is to a specific mailing that you want to refer the participant to. Depending on what contact information you have on the participant, you can choose the delivery method email/sms. Then change the sender and add text to your message, for example, "Hi Gustav, here is a new link to the Leadership Program with Knowly", and press send.
  4. The participant will receive an email or text message with a new link to the learning journey. This is what an email can look like for the participant:
