Participants "My pages"

After having written an action plan in the classroom, as a training participant, you land at My pages. This is where you will manage Freddie's follow-ups and your supporters. Here are a few things that you can do on My pages:

• Complete follow-ups that are available
• Change times that you want to have follow-ups sent to you
• Read and edit what you've written in your action plan and previous follow-ups
• Read messages from your supporters
• Access extra material, should your trainer have added any

During the weeks after the classroom, Freddie sends various emails and text messages to the participants. In most of these, a link to My pages is included, so there's always a handy way to get there.
