The responsible trainer – who it is and what he or she can see

This article describes the role trainer

When training is created in Knowly, a responsible trainer is assigned. Often, this will be the trainer hosting the participants in the classroom, but only sometimes. If, for example, the trainer in the classroom does not have a Knowly account, the responsible trainer might instead be an administrator in the hosting organization. If you’re unsure who the person listed as a Responsible trainer is and would like to find out, you can always contact the hosting organization and ask.

What can the responsible trainer see?

The responsible trainer, along with any administrators in the organization, can see the following:

  • Names and contact details of the participants
  • The number of supporters each participant chose
  • Answers and action plan where the participant has checked the box “Share with trainer”

…which means that they can’t see the following:

  • Names and contact details of supporters
  • Messages between participants and supporters
  • Answers and action plans that were not shared with the trainer
